Product Overview

The HiScroll 6 vacuum pump is a dry and hermetically sealed scroll pump with a nominal pumping 
speed of 6 m3/ h. The pump is especially characterized by it's high performance when evacuating
against atmosphere due to it's unique features. The use of a powerful IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet)
synchronous motor achieves an efficiency that is up to 15% higher than that of conventional drives.

Lowest noise emission on the market
The pump is also characterized by it's very compact design and extremely quiet and 
low-vibration operation. Therefore, it is ideal for use in quiet working environments, for 
example on mass spectrometers, research & development institutes or leak detection systems.
